How orders ship
Most products ship directly from our distributors, so we can offer a large catalog without big markups.
- Non-firearm items (ammo, parts, accessories) ship straight to your address, where legal.
- Firearms always ship to our Reno, NV FFL (Nevada FFL 9-88-031-07-8F-06995), no matter where you live. We bring your firearm to your appointment: South Lake Tahoe, CA for California customers, or Reno, NV for Nevada residents. You complete your transfer in person, by appointment. Processing time
Orders usually leave the distributor within 1–3 business days. Transit is typically 3–7 business days. We’ll email you tracking when we have it, and let you know when your firearm arrives.
Ammunition
Ammunition shipping is subject to state and local law. California ammunition purchases must go through a licensed ammunition vendor with an eligibility check, so ammo for California customers doesn’t ship to your home. You pick it up in person at your South Lake Tahoe appointment after the required eligibility check. We may cancel orders that can’t legally ship to your location.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Non-firearm orders can ship to PO boxes via USPS. Firearms always ship to our Reno, NV FFL, and California ammunition is picked up at your South Lake Tahoe appointment. Some items can’t be shipped to certain states or cities — it’s the buyer’s responsibility to know local laws.
Lost or damaged shipments
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work with the carrier and distributor.
